Wood Pens - Final Assembly





Phase 4 - Final Assembly

Using a special pen press, the pen tip is fitted into the carved pen blank.
After the pen tip is in place, the twist mechanism is pressed into the same piece.
Finally, the pen cap is pressed into the other pen blank before the two pieces are put together.
When the cap and tip are put together, the final result is a beautiful, handcrafted Zebrawood slimline pen.
